Here's a citation for the song just in case I need to do that. Shoutout to Justin Bieber and Island Def Jam Music Group.

I blinked (the sequel)

Okay, I'm not sure why it didn't let me add anything after my pictures in my last post, but here are the citations I was going to finish up with.

Finding Nemo (2003). (n.d.). Retrieved April 07, 2017, from http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0266543/

Oh, and here's a bonus picture of Berni with our lost loved one, saying she feels like the Statue of Liberty:

I blinked

We were getting ready to prepare for our final day of shooting when Kristen accidentally drops our only blue light bulb. Now, if you've been paying attention, we needed that blue light. So we had to drive to the hardware store AGAIN (this was our third time going for this project. That's 3 more times than I usually go. I hate it there. All the guys look at you like they've never seen a girl before. I'm having war flashbacks). Here's some pictures of my shattered hopes and dreams:
Rest in pieces
Me with the fallen soldier

Me making sure he got the proper burial he deserved

But yeah, we were driving there but then the GPS got us lost so we drove on the highway for years until we could get off again. Then we Finally got there. It was stressful but eventually we got back to Zoe's house and finished filming.

Zoe looking like the fish from Finding Nemo while helping with the lighting

Kristen was trying to blow out the candles but it looks like she's having an epic rap battle with them

This is how we film. Professionals.

???

This week was stressful. During class one day while Zoe was working on editing, she said we might have to reshoot. Not everything, but a decent amount of things that still made me want to SCREAM.
Buuuuut, she ended up figuring it out by rearranging some clips and utilizing others we had. So no reshooting! :) we still have to shoot the final scene though :(
I did get a break this weekend though. Kristen and I went to UCF for the open house. The campus is beautiful and I'm so excited to go there. My only complaint is that it is so so so big and walking around it killed us.
I'm writing this post from the grave right now.

Shoutout to Dario Argento for the lighting inspiration

Kristen is the queen of lighting. So when she told me to point this light that way, that light this way; I did it without hesitating. My arms hurt a little from holding up all those lights though. But it is worth it in the end, considering how lovely it looks. My last post exemplifies just how beautiful it came out.

Our main inspiration for the lighting was a film called Suspiria (1977). "The lighting is inexplicable, completely unrealistic, and in many scenes there’s absolutely no source for the light, nowhere it could be coming from. But it’s beautiful," an article says. That was our goal. To make something beautiful. So we did it. We went to the hardware store and bought colorful lights. And we made it happen.

I am so excited to see the final product.
